WORKERS’ Compensation Fund Control Board (WCFCB) says it is conducting an assessment on its properties with a view of improving and making them commercially viable. In an interview, WCFCB Chairperson Emmanuel Mbambiko said most of the fund’s properties were in a bad state. “For our non-performing assets, once we get the report done by the technically competent guys in the field, if they give us the evaluations, what we will then do is, there some properties whose use maybe changed.
