THE Energy Regulation Board (ERB) says it has not received any reports that Agro Fuel is withholding diesel for local consumption while exporting the product. However, Oil Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Dr Kafula says not only is Agro Fuel withholding diesel from the local market, it is exporting to the Democratic Republic of Congo. Last week, ERB attributed the shortage of diesel in the country to logistical challenges by some Oil Marketing Companies to supply retail sites.
