DEVELOPMENTS at the Energy Regulation Board cannot pass without comment. Last week, our newspapers picked a tip that the institution has been split with some members of the board voting for the removal of the chairman and the Director General. True to the tip, it came to pass that indeed the Director General, Mr Yohane Mukabe, had been sent on forced leave, while Mr Reynolds Bowa, the board chairman had equally been handed a vote of no confidence.
