THE International Monetary Fund (IMF) Executive Board has completed the fifth review of Zambia’s 38-month Extended Credit Facility (ECF) Arrangement, providing immediate access to about US$184 million. The IMF says Zambia’s economic outlook remains positive, with the effects of the historic drought now receding.
