MINEWORKERS Union of Zambia (MUZ) president Joseph Chewe says small-scale miners should be able to sell gold to government the same way that small-scale farmers sell maize to the Food Reserve Agency (FRA). On Friday, Bank of Zambia Governor Dr Denny Kalyalya said the Central Bank was in the process of expanding its domestic gold purchase program to include artisanal miners.
