THE Lusaka High Court has ordered that the nomination papers for Kalabo Central aspiring independent member of parliament Mooto Kalowa be accepted by the Electoral Commission of Zambia. This is a matter in which Kalowa dragged the ECZ to the Lusaka High Court, seeking to be allowed to file in his nomination after his nomination was rejected on grounds that he was alleged to belong to the PF.
