FORMER Kabushi PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo has been dragged to court for possession of properties reasonably suspected of being proceeds of crime. Meanwhile, Lusambo has, through his lawyer, asked the court to adjourn the matter in which he is facing three counts of attempting to interfere with witnesses, saying he is unwell. In the first matter, Lusambo is facing two counts of possession of property reasonably suspected of being proceeds of crime contrary to section 71 of the Forfeiture of Proceeds of Crime Act No. 19 of 2010.
