THE Lusaka High Court has set aside the out-of-court settlement agreement entered between the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and former tourism minister Ronald Chitotela for the State not to institute criminal proceedings against him. ACC had asked the Lusaka High Court to set aside the out-of-court settlement agreement entered into with Chitotela in relation to the offence of being in possession of property reasonably suspected of being proceeds of crime.
