DR Ron Mwambwa has submitted to the Constitutional Court that he was never appointed Auditor General of the Republic of Zambia, and that the press release relied upon by LAZ, which is challenging his appointment, is not a letter of appointment to the alleged position. He has further asked the Constitutional Court to dismiss the matter commenced by the Law Association of Zambia.
