THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has granted businesswoman Faith Musonda K100,000 bail in her own recognizance after she denied the charge of idle and disorderly persons, following allegations that she stormed President Hakainde Hichilema’s residence. Last Thursday, police formally charged and arrested Musonda for Criminal Trespass and Espionage. However, when she appeared in the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court yesterday, she was charged under Section 178 (1) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia for idle and disorderly persons.
