SENIOR Chief Kaputa of Kaputa District in Northern Province has advised traditional leaders to keep their political preferences a secret in order to avoid confusion among their subjects. In an interview, Chief Kaputa who is former House of Chiefs chairperson said it was shocking to still see some chiefs publicly endorsing political leaders when they were supposed to be non-partisan.
