FORMER Tourism and Arts Minister Ronald Chitotela says the Electoral Commission of Zambia is delaying to declare him as Pambashe MP unopposed, because his opponents are just ‘nonentities’ who have granted him a “one man race”. In an interview, Chitotela described his opponents in Pambashe constituency as “ two boys”.
