UPND Ndola Central Constituency Parliamentary candidate Frank Tayali has spent a second night in Ndola Central police cells after the Police denied him bond following his arrest on Wednesday afternoon. Police have since charged Tayali with malicious damage to property and conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace. And according to UPND Ndola District Chairman Joseph Phiri, Tayali developed High Blood pressure and needed medical attention as at yesterday.
