Former Lusaka Province Minister Bowman Lusambo has narrated how ACC officers allegedly forced their way into his private residence and master bedroom where his wife was dressing up and grabbed various items including his licensed gun, mobile phones and money for relish. And Lusambo says the five-year mandate that President Hakainde Hichilema received from Zambians does not give him a license to wantonly abuse state institutions.
