The Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested a notorious drug dealer of Lusaka’s Matero Compound for trafficking in narcotic drugs. In a statement, Monday, DEC public relations officer Mathias Kamanga said Danny Mapulanga, a 27-year-old businessman of Muchinga Area in Matero Compound was arrested for trafficking in 350 sachets of heroin.
