DEMOCRATIC Party president Harry Kalaba says relegating Zambians to only running dumpsites is an insult and tantamount to undermining their intelligence. Commenting on Mines Minister Paul Kabuswe’s statement that it was better for Zambians to get already mined materials at the Black Mountain than own mines where they have to dig, Kalaba said the minister was misguided. “Now when the Minister of Mines says it is easier for Zambians to mine on dumpsites than them [having to] mine in mines, I think it is an insult on the intelligence of the people of Zambia.
