FORMER Commerce Minister Bob Sichinga says Zambians, like himself and others who have worked for ZCCM-IH, are capable of running the mines and reaping benefits for citizens, rather than relying on investors who only have their personal interests at heart. And Sichinga says government should be questioning Glencore’s operations in Zambia because chances are high that the multinational corporation paid some bribes even in this country.
