UPND Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says the amount of money which President Hakainde Hichilema has spent on 18 trips can equate to the amount which his predecessor, Edgar Lungu, would on three trips. And Mweetwa says all UPND members and government officials are number one candidates for jail, if they offend the law.
