PF PRESIDENTIAL hopeful Emmanuel Mwamba says former president Edgar Lungu had expressed reservations about observing Kenya’s elections because he is close to all perceived front runners. But PF information and publicity chairperson Raphael Nakacinda claims that Lungu is not part of the observer mission to Kenya due to interference.
