COUNCIL of Churches in Zambia (CCZ) general secretary Fr Emmanuel Chikoya has wondered why the law is swift when it comes to the underprivileged, wondering why not even a chicken run has been demolished in Forest 27 while over 300 houses have been demolished in Chingola. And Fr Chikoya has questioned how possible it is that an Airstrip in Chingola’s Kasompe area could be encroached on without authorities being aware. Meanwhile, Fr Chikoya has observed that the “high and mighty” in society will always have a better deal while the poor remain disadvantaged.
