KABUSHI Independent aspiring candidate Alfred Yombwe says his decision to withdraw from the race was necessitated by the unlevel playing field created by UPND like dishing out of money by the Vice-President and the President’s presence in the province. And Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Corporate Affairs Manager Patricia Luhanga says the Commission is yet to confirm whether the registry is in receipt of Yombwe’s withdrawal letter.
