CONSUMER Rights Association of Zambia (CRAZ) president Aaron Kamuti has opposed Transport and Logistics Minister Frank Tayali’s position that road traffic checkpoints must be reintroduced in a bid to curb accidents. After 11 people died in an accident on Great East Road near the UNZA bridge, Saturday, Tayali said he would engage his Ministry of Home Affairs and Internal Security counterpart in order to reconsider road traffic checkpoints.
