FORMER defence minister Davies Chama claims that government may be trying to temper with documents to implicate some PF members by allowing private firms to audit security wings. Commenting on governance activists Rueben Lifuka’s remarks that there were a number of “bogus” contracts at the Ministry of Defence in the past, Chama, in an interview, said there was a propensity from the UPND to persecute some people. “From what Lifuka has said and what others are saying, it is like now auditors are doing investigations.
