FORMER defence minister Davies Chama says the presidential Gulfstream is now a secondhand property and will probably be sold at a discounted price. On Tuesday, President Hakainde Hichilema said government had started the process of selling the presidential Gulfstream in an effort to recover the $193 million the PF government spent on it.
