INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has urged law enforcement agencies investigating road contracts awarded during the previous regime to quicken their pace. Milupi argues that the longer investigative wings “dilly-dally”, the more the new dawn administration may appear as if it was lying about the wastage of resources during PF’s reign.
