PF presidential aspirant Brian Mundubile says it is unfortunate that the Chief Government Spokesperson was celebrating that people are shopping more since government implemented NAPSA withdrawals. Mundubile says shopping only goes to show that people are using their partial withdraws for consumption, instead of investing it.
