THE National Housing Empowerment Fund (NHEF) has once again come under fire after it announced that it had launched a new portal where potential clients could register for its services. The announcement has not been received well by some of its clients who argue that the company has continued to deceive them. In early 2020, over 2,000 people rushed to secure land in NHEF’s Riverdale City Estate, which the company advertised to be only 17 kilometres from Crossroads Mall.
