SOCIALIST Party National Youth Chairperson Kelvin Kaunda says nothing will come out of the negotiations between government and Vedanta concerning KCM because the investor in question is “broke”. In an interview, Wednesday, Kaunda charged that government lacked the capacity to handle the KCM and Mopani issues, hence the delay to announce a final decision. “The issue of KCM and Mopani is beyond the UPND’s capacity to deal with.
