POLICE Inspector General Graphel Musamba says PF Information and Publicity Chairperson Raphael Nakacinda’s allegations that police plan to arrest former first lady Esther Lungu for aggravated robbery are untrue and mere day dreaming. Last Thursday, Nakacinda said PF was aware of a directive which had allegedly been issued to have Esther arrested on Friday and charged with aggravated robbery. Nakacinda also accused President Hakainde Hichilema of issuing a directive for the arrest of about 20 people in the coming days.
