PETAUKE Central Independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda says he will today move a private members’ motion in order to urge government to reintroduce the ministry of national guidance and religious affairs. In an interview, Tuesday, Banda said the research he has conducted has shown that the country has lost its Christian values. “As you know, even on the floor of the House, I have been saying that I’m a researcher. So I was conducting a research to see these ministries which are existing. When you look at Ministry of Mines, why is it there? It’s because we have minerals in Zambia.
