THE Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) has rejected calls by some individuals and organisations for the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIMA) to be taken back to the Ministry of Health. And Zambia Federation of Employers (ZFE) president Myra Ngoma argues that there might not be accountability if the scheme sits at the Ministry of Health.
