THE Copperbelt University has with immediate effect lifted the expulsion of ex-COBUSU leader Castro Mulilo from the institution. Mulilo, a fourth-year Transport and Logistics student was recently expelled from the university for having announced the cancellation of classes in June this year after the death of two students who were hit by a speeding vehicle.
