THE Lusaka City Council has rejected PF faction Secretary General, Raphael Nakacinda’s request for the party to join in the keep Lusaka clean campaign exercise in the wake of cholera. The local authority says it is aware of the current issues or changes in membership of the Patriotic Front as per the Registrar of Societies’ records to the effect that Nakacinda is no longer Secretary General.
