A LUSAKA man was sent into depression after giving up on relationships and deciding to terminate his own right to produce children. A desire to have no more children left him with massively swollen reproductive organs, excruciating pain and thoughts that he’d never ever be able to function in bed again. He narrates how he had to be taken to the University Teaching Hospital for another procedure to save his “katundu” after a botched vasectomy by a private urologist.
