THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) in Southern Province has apprehended four individuals believed to be behind a spate of illicit drug trade in Choma town for trafficking in 68 sachets of heroin and other psychotropic substances. Meanwhile, in Northern Province, the Commission apprehended two suspects and seized fresh cannabis plants weighing 527.3 Kilograms.
