GOVERNMENT Chief Whip Stafford Mulusa says the mushrooming of political parties entails that democracy is now thriving in the country. And Mulusa says government knew that the Umodzi Kum’mawa movement was a political party in the making. On Friday, Zambia’s former ambassador to Congo Muhabi Lungu announced that he would soon form a political party.
