CHIEF Madzimawe of the Ngoni speaking people of Eastern Province says charcoal burning is a very serious issue in the chiefdoms. Meanwhile, Chief Lumpuma of the Lamba speaking people in Lufwanyama district of the Copperbelt Province says land has become too scarce in the country.
