FORMER president Edgar Lungu and his wife, Esther, have pledged to provide “small” business start-up capital of K5,000 to a Choma Youth Advocate. The duo has also offered to buy a 25kg bag of mealie meal, in response to the youth’s plea on Facebook. A youth, who calls himself “Choma Youth Advocate” recently appealed to Lungu to assist him with a sachet of mealie meal, otherwise known as “pamela”.
