FORMER ECZ chief electoral officer Patrick Nshindano has urged the commission to clearly explain why it terminated the previous tender for ballot paper printing, including disclosing the names of bidders involved to avoid speculation from stakeholders. And Nshindano has urged political parties to take interest in the electoral processes leading up to the general elections, rather than waiting to cry foul at the eleventh hour.
