SECRETARY to the Treasury Felix Nkulukusa says it is sad that some vulnerable citizens think that because government is going to support them due to the effects of drought, it is a license to drink and play because they no longer need to work. And Nkulukusa says he is optimistic that 75 percent of bondholders will vote in favour of the consent solicitation, an agreement that was reached during the restructuring process.
