ROAD Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) Chief Executive Officer Amon Mweemba says the agency is in talks with government to make the use of cloned number plates a forfeiture offence. And Mweemba says the agency is planning to introduce a single disc for all statutory payments for vehicles by the end of the year.
