GOVERNMENT Chief Whip Stafford Mulusa says his finger must be cut off if former president Edgar Lungu ever returns to State House. And Mulusa says Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti has so far presided over parliamentary business objectively. Speaking when he featured on Phoenix FM’s Let the People Talk programme, Friday, Mulusa said Lungu needed to deal with his family’s court issues before considering ruling the country again.
