MINISTRY of Information Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana says although Petauke Central Independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda claims that he was tortured under his feet, he did not observe any physical harm on his body when he visited him. And Kawana says Banda will be attended to by a psychiatrist because what he went through was quite traumatic. Meanwhile, Kawana says the state will provide security for Banda at his residence for a specific period after his discharge to ensure his safety.
