PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has lamented that Zambians like complaining rather than bringing issues to the table so that government can resolve them. And President Hichilema has observed that even for the simplest things like fixing a tap at their house, Zambians want to “cry” about it to government. Speaking when he officially opened the Copperbelt Agricultural Mining and Industrial Enterprise, Wednesday, President Hichilema said challenges should not be a basis of complaints. “All the challenges shouldn’t be the basis of groaning and moaning.
