FORMER Kamfinsa PF member of parliament Christopher Kang’ombe has expressed confidence that the country will not hold nine by-elections because the court will overturn the Speaker’s “illegal” decision. Last Wednesday, the Speaker of the National Assembly declared nine Patriotic Front seats vacant, following the expulsion of members of parliament from the party in December 2023.
