PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has fired Muchinga Province Minister Henry Sikazwe and Home Affairs Permanent Secretary Joseph Akafumba. The President has also transferred Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU) National Coordinator Dr Gabriel Pollen to Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development and replaced him with Defence Permanent Secretary Norman Chipakupaku.
