UNZASU president Dixon Mutambo, popularly known as “Governor”, has welcomed President Hakainde Hichilema’s instructions to the Minister of Technology to put CCTV which will monitor sugar daddies in universities. Meanwhile, Mutambo says the draft Constitution should recognise and appreciate participation of youths in the country, while adhering to the rule of law and justice.
