SECOND Deputy Speaker Moses Moyo has suspended Nakonde PF MP Luka Simumba and his Mpika PF counterpart Francis Kapyanga for seven days due to disorderly conduct. The suspension came after Moyo curtailed Simumba’s debate on the President’s Address to the House. Simumba was curtailed for not sticking to the debate topic, indicating that the MP was not serious, while Kapyanga was named for debating from his seat.
