ZAMBIA National Service (ZNS) Commander Lieutenant General Maliti Solochi has advised the wives of ZNS officers to report their husbands if they refuse to open a joint bank account. He adds that once the joint accounts are opened, the wives should also receive text message notifications of the transactions, citing himself as an example, saying he cannot do any transactions on his phone without his wife’s knowledge.
