BURUNDIAN Ambassador to Zambia Evelyn Butoyi says Burundi is enjoying goodwill and a positive bilateral environment with Zambia. Meanwhile, Burundi Senior Command and Staff College Delegation Leader Brigadier General Nestor Nibayubahe says his delegation wants to benchmark best practices from the Zambia Defence Force.
